Refund and Cancellation policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

1. Cancellations will only be considered if the proof of service is properly provided within 30 days. However, once access to the digital product (e-book or video course) has been granted via email, cancellations are not permitted. This includes cases where login credentials or download links have been shared.

2. However, a refund or replacement may be considered only if:

   • You did not receive access to the product due to a technical error on our end.

   • There is a verifiable technical issue preventing you from using the product, which our support team is unable to resolve.

   • You provide proof of using the product for 30 days and did not achieve any results as promised.

3. Once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or used, refunds will not be granted for reasons such as a change of mind or dissatisfaction with the content.

4. For any approved refunds by Crocent Entertainment Private Limited, the amount will be initiated back to your original payment method within 1 business day. However it take a minimum timeline of 5-10 business days to credit the refund back to the original payment method
